Position Overview
As the Creative Content and Engagement Assistant, you will be instrumental in executing the operational, administrative, and strategic facets of Sole Journey Wellness under the direction of our founder, Dani Frank. This role is designed for someone who is dynamic, empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about holistic wellness and personal development. You will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and impact, embodying our mission and core values in every task.
Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Generate engaging social media content based on detailed strategy notes provided, ensuring alignment with our brand's voice and mission.

Social Media Management: Implement content scheduling and posting across various platforms according to strategic direction.

Email Marketing Execution: Set up and send out email campaigns as directed, ensuring accuracy and alignment with our marketing strategy.

Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and empathetic manner under strategic guidance.

Event Support: Assist in organizing and facilitating virtual workshops and events, ensuring they align with our brand's mission and values.

Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the founder and operational efficiency of Sole Journey Wellness.
Qualifications

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for business management and marketing (e.g., Google Workspace, Later, Canva, Instagram, Wix).

Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and execute marketing strategies as directed.

Experience in content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and email campaign management preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills.

Passion for holistic wellness, personal development, and providing empathy-driven service.

Background or interest in yoga, psychology, and/or holistic health practices is advantageous.
