Route
Join therapeutic yoga teacher and reconstruction guide Dani Frank for authentic conversations about rebuilding your life when everything you thought you knew about yourself changes. Through late-life diagnoses, chronic illness, and major life transitions, we explore what it actually looks like to construct a meaningful life from the ground up.
Your Source For Real Guidance
Through Active Reconstruction.
At its core, Reconstruction Route is dedicated to supporting women who are actively rebuilding their sense of self, whether through health changes, later in life neurodivergent discoveries, trauma recovery, grief or simply recognizing that who they've been isn't who they're becoming. Together, we explore how to honor your healing journey while creating professional and personal lives that support rather than sabotage your reconstruction process.
Are you ready to embrace
reconstruction as your life's work?
WELCOME
This is Reconstruction Route With Dani Frank
Years ago, I thought I could plan and manage my way through anything life threw at me. Then came a cascade of diagnoses that changed everything... autism, ADHD, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, perimenopause, long COVID.
Suddenly I wasn't just helping others navigate major life transitions; I was living my own complete reconstruction. I decided to share that journey honestly, knowing that guidance from the middle of the healing process might be exactly what someone else needs to hear.

About Your Host
I'm Dani, & I'm calling you from the middle of my own reconstruction story.
As a therapeutic yoga teacher turned reconstruction guide, I'm passionate about creating authentic support for women rebuilding their lives. After my own cascade of late-life diagnoses, autism, ADHD, chronic illness, I discovered that traditional approaches weren't designed for minds and bodies in active reconstruction. Through honest conversations about disability acceptance, professional identity shifts, and the non-linear nature of healing, I offer the kind of real guidance I wish I'd had during my own darkest moments. With nine years of experience helping people navigate major life transitions and my own ongoing journey of reconstruction, I'm committed to showing you that you don't have to wait until you're "healed" to offer your light to the world.
Are you ready to turn your survival wisdom into your greatest asset?
