About the event

Let's come together every Thursday during the month of December for a 90-minute comprehensive yoga practice cultivated to support the multi-dimensions of your grieving being.

Here's what you can expect each week:

  • Open Discussion - Discover new grief-supporting books, writing exercises, and other valuable resources to add to your grief toolkit.
  • Pranayama - Explore the powerful supportive energy of your beautiful breath.
  • Asana - Experience a grounding physical practice designed to help you release stress stored in your nervous system.
  • Yoga Nidra - Release into a guided sensory journey throughout your entire body.
