As we transition from winter to spring, it's the perfect time to renew, rebalance, and awaken your inner light. Join me for a special 45-minute yoga nidra practice to honor the changing of the season and connect with the natural rhythms of the earth.
Yoga nidra is a powerful practice that combines deep relaxation with a guided meditation to help you release stress, tension, and negative emotions, while boosting your energy, creativity, and inner peace. During this practice, you will be guided through a series of gentle movements, breathwork, and visualization exercises, as well as an intention-setting ritual to help you align with the energy of spring and set the tone for the season ahead.
