Join us for a transformative Yoni mudra meditation focusing on attuning to our inner rhythms, especially honoring the Yoni as both the physical and symbolic womb of creation.

In this session, we’ll explore how Yoni mudra can bring breath, awareness, and healing energy to our pelvic area, enhancing circulation and fostering sensations of inner nourishment. This practice is particularly resonant for those navigating endometriosis or menstrual challenges, offering comfort and ease to the reproductive and urinary systems.

Together we will experience  how slowing our breath and lengthening our exhalations not only reduces stress but also helps us navigate the realities and changes of our cycles with grace. This meditation is a journey towards inner silence, allowing us to turn inward and attune to our natural rhythms and cycles, much like the nurturing essence of the earth herself.

This practice is an opportunity to connect deeply with your innermost self and support your journey toward holistic well-being.
