About the event
During this monthly Yoga Nidra, Dani will guide you through a series of verbal cues to take you on a journey of focused breathing, mental images and body sensations to release tension and encourage relaxation. This practice helps reduce stress, improve sleep, and promote overall well-being.
Yoga Nidra is an accessible, deep relaxation practice. There isn't a "wrong way" to do this practice. It is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, in which the body is completely relaxed and the mind is in a state of heightened awareness.
