I've experienced times in my life in which I missed out on incredibly opportunities because I was paralyzed by constant second guessing and self doubt.     Like almost anything in life, you get out of this what you put into it. While the videos equal 2.5 hours, you may find your self journaling or reflecting more. There is a lot of content in the 2.5 hours.
