Sessions are designed to work with the multi dimensions of your being combining asana, pranayama, mudra, meditation, or Yoga Nidra. All session replays will be available to you.

You will receive a new reflection theme each week. Targeted journalling will help you access different parts of yourself and transcend your current reality.

    This course is a 2.5 hour self paced time commitment.

    Like almost anything in life, you get out of this what you put into it. While the videos equal 2.5 hours, you may find your self journaling or reflecting more. There is a lot of content in the 2.5 hours.
