After acquiring impactful practices and techniques for your rest toolkit that help you support yourself, you feel empowered.  

After suffering the symptoms of burnout and hustle culture for decades, Jeannette and Dani did not know how to rest. Individually they embarked on a journey to learn how to soothe the tiredness in their souls. Together Dani and Jeannette have created a space to teach others the power of rest when it becomes a non-negotiable
